Operation: Shank and Spank

January 7, 2010

All credit for the title goes to Aifel, very fitting!

I’ll be honest, I have been saving the name “Blitzcraig” (Blitzkrieg, except with my name, Craig) for my Goblin Rogue that was to be made with a bunch of friends on the launch of Cataclysm. Of course, fate has tempted me into playing him just a COUPLE months in advance.

This “fate” was none other than Aifel tempting me into playing him once his MM Hunter, Harshwind gets his last piece of BOA gear, and the two will be leveling as a pair together. Whether it be questing, PvPing, or low-level instances the two will be ripping a new hole in Smolderthorn before the Cataclysm comes in to finish the rest!

As a sort of “expansion” for the New Year for Plagued Candles we will be writing an in-depth series/guide (each of us will post at least once a week on various topics) about chiefly leveling, but also playing our respective classes, low-level instances, PvP combat, and other varying topics. This is in addition to us pumping out regular posts on our usual topics, and the upcoming Livestream!

The posts will be easily recognizable, first of all they will all start with “Operation: Shank and Spank-“, and they will be listed in the newly created page called “Operation: Shank and Spank”.

Time for me to get the rest of that BOA gear!

Both these classes I’ve loved playing, one obviously more than the other, but still!

It’ll be interesting to see what happens. Good luck you two! Also, I love the new look.
